So, the last time I wrote was two days ago. The reason I'm writing this post today is because I hope it can help some other people on this journey!
Since then, I have had cooked food bouts - at lunch no less, not dinner. I have been having much more fats too. First, I had a nori roll with avocado, plus a veggie wrap (not gf, because I dont really avoid gluten) AND cream cheese! Ooops! Then, I had another half- avocado that day! Way over on fat!
Yesterday I had a verrrrrry fatty lunch. I went to lunch with my aunt and cousin. I got a huuuuge curry - so the fat was coconut milk (vegan), but still fat none-the-less. Anyway, I felt so awful about it, and useless! But guess what, today I woke up 0.6 kg lighter. So I just wanted to let you know that it's okay not to be 100% perfect all of the time, because if you are constantly nourishing your body with amazing, natural foods like raw fruit, then it will forgive you when you make a mistake! Obviously, I got tummy discomfort after eating those things, but my body did not hold it against me, and I continued to lose weight, because I just got back to the grind, eating lots of raw fruit!
The other thing is that I did a salt-water flush, which Freelee would probably not agree with, as she avoids salt, but I felt like I wanted to after going overboard on my fat intakes. These flushes are not new to me - I used to do them back in the days where I was obsessively dieting (BAD) - think Master Cleanse. I'm not sure if it actually did anything, because I haven't been 'toxic' for a long while.
Anyone else have any experience with this?
